Each stopper has a small valve which you press for a few seconds to remove air from the bottle.
Hermetic vacuum	this pump with stoppers allows you to preserve wine in perfect condition for up to 7 days. It removes internal air from the open bottle to prevent wine oxidation and thereby preserve its exquisite aroma and taste.
