This smart vibration sensor from Alpina detects movement or vibrations in the object to which it is attached It can be e.g. drawers, door handles, mailboxes or windows. As soon as vibration is detected, you receive a notification on your smartphone via Alpina's Smart Home app. To be able to use this sensor on as many surfaces as possible, you can set the sensitivity in 3 modes: low, medium or high.

Wireless vibration sensor Alpina's smart vibration sensor detects vibration on the surface it is attached to. For example, attach it to your mailbox and get a notification when you receive letters or small packages. If you attach it to a window, you can quickly find out if someone has broken the window or is trying to get into the house.

Different settings To be able to use this sensor on as many different objects as possible, there are different levels of sensitivity; low, medium and high sensitivity. This is because a window e.g. there can be a lot of vibration if there is a lot of traffic outside and then you want to lower the sensitivity. But if there are drawers or doors where you store valuables, you can set the sensitivity to high so that you are notified immediately when someone tries to get in in. Even if a drawer is opened carefully, you can receive a notification about this.

Alpina Smart Home app When the sensor detects a vibration, you can receive an alarm or a notification on your smartphone. This is done through Alpina's own app which is easily downloaded to Android or the Apple Store. The sensor is easily connected with the app and if you have several sensors, you can name each sensor to know which one triggered the alarm. The sensor is easily placed on a flat and clean surface using the supplied double-sided tape.

Zigbee gateway With Alpina's smart home range, different products can be connected together in the same system. Whether it's a window/door sensor, motion sensor or water leak sensor, they work in the same system and app. These Zigbee products are controlled by a gateway that is purchased separately. The Zigbee gateway can control up to 50 different Alpina products.
