Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms apply when you order from bluemall.ch as a consumer for delivery to Switzerland. Please read them before you buy — by completing the order you accept them.

- Company: JTI Ventures AB, a Swedish limited company (aktiebolag)
- Swedish company registration number: 559041-2358
- Swedish VAT number: SE559041235801
- Address: Andesitgatan 6, 254 68 Helsingborg, Sweden
- E-mail: info@bluemall.ch
- Telephone: (Swedish number)
bluemall.ch is operated by JTI Ventures AB, which is the seller and answers for your order. We have no subsidiary and no VAT registration in Switzerland. We have no physical stores and offer no collection — every order is delivered to the address you give us.
How the contract is concluded
The product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you submit the order you make an offer to us. The confirmation e-mail sent automatically shows that we have received your order; it is not in itself an acceptance. The contract comes into existence when we confirm that the order is being processed, or at the latest when the goods are dispatched.
We may decline an order, for example if the item is no longer available from our supplier, if a price or a product detail is obviously wrong, if the payment is not completed, or if we do not deliver to the address given. If you have already paid for an order we decline, you get the full amount back.
Check the order confirmation when it arrives. If the address, quantity or variant is wrong, write to info@bluemall.ch as soon as you can.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). The price shown at the item is the price of the item; shipping is added as set out below, and the full total is shown in the checkout before you confirm the purchase. The amount you pay us does not include Swiss import VAT or customs clearance charges — see the next section.
Prices change over time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you placed it. If a price is obviously incorrect because of a technical error, we are not bound by it — we contact you, and you then choose whether to complete the purchase at the correct price or to cancel the order at no cost.
Import VAT and customs charges
The goods are shipped from Sweden, which lies outside the Swiss customs and tax territory. Every delivery is therefore an import into Switzerland.
Our prices do not include Swiss import VAT (8.1%) and do not include customs clearance charges. You may therefore be charged these amounts as the recipient — by the customs authority or by the carrier that handles the clearance — in addition to what you pay us. We hold no Swiss VAT registration and cannot settle these charges on your behalf.
Payment
The payment methods available to you are shown in the checkout before you complete the order, and they may vary over time. Payment is handled by our payment providers; where you choose a method they provide, their own terms apply to that payment in addition to these. The checkout total is shown in CHF.
Shipping and delivery
- Shipping to Switzerland: CHF 4.95 on orders below CHF 50.
- Free shipping on orders of CHF 50 or more.
- Estimated delivery time: 5–14 working days.
The goods are dispatched from Sweden. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, and customs clearance can add to them. If a delivery is clearly delayed, write to info@bluemall.ch with your order number and we will look into it.
Returns within 30 days
Swiss law gives consumers no statutory right of withdrawal for purchases made online. Independently of that, we grant a voluntary 30-day return right: you may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is our own commitment, not a legal requirement.
The item must be returned in its original condition. Contact us at info@bluemall.ch with your order number before you send anything back, and we will tell you how to proceed and what the return will cost you, if anything.
The 30-day return right is separate from your rights when goods are defective. Those rights are described in the next section and are not affected by the 30 days having passed.
Defective goods (statutory warranty)
If an item is defective or does not correspond to what you ordered, the statutory warranty for defects under Swiss law (Gewährleistung, Swiss Code of Obligations) applies, together with the remedies the law provides.
Report the defect to info@bluemall.ch with your order number and a description of the problem; photographs usually speed things up. Where a manufacturer provides its own guarantee, it applies alongside your statutory rights and does not limit them.
Product information
Our range covers roughly 62,700 products, and the product information — titles, descriptions, images and specifications — is supplied to us by our suppliers. We aim for it to be accurate, but individual details, colour reproduction, dimensions and packaging may deviate, and manufacturers sometimes change a product without notice. A deviation that matters is covered by the sections above.
Our liability
We are liable for delivering what you ordered and for your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, and only to the extent the law permits:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost income or loss of data;
- we are not liable for damage arising from use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, warnings or age recommendations;
- we do not warrant that the website is available without interruption, and we are not liable for faults caused by your own equipment or connection.
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or under mandatory product liability rules. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Governing law and disputes
Write to us first at info@bluemall.ch. Most matters are settled that way.
Swedish law applies to the contract. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live: if you are resident in Switzerland, mandatory Swiss consumer protection continues to apply and takes precedence wherever it gives you stronger protection than Swedish law.
As a consumer resident in Switzerland you may bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the law, our payment methods or our routines change. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
